Public mobile is currently working working on fixing the issue with 611. You can also try calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. Try calling a couple of times if it still disconnects. If you can access your self serve account you can add it on the payments page. If neither of these options work and your renewal is not imminent then pm should have the issue fixed my Monday morning (fingers crossed).
If you can't wait a couple of days then contact customer support to add it for you by clicking on SIMon at the bottom of your page and submitting a support request. If you have trouble with SIMon then send a private message with your 12 digit PIN code from your voucher.
