Are you using an iPhone or Android?
After you’ve activated, your voicemail is automatically ready to accept messages as soon as you add it to your account. It will play a default greeting until you set it up. Setting it up isn’t complicated:

first try reboot and reset network settings. Usually, it will update the voicemail number
if not, call any numbers on this list

if it works, just manually program the number. Usually go to Settings on the dialer app and look for voicemail number
