Two voicemail box

Hello,

I recently transfered my number from Public Mobile to Koodo. Now, I have two voicemail box.

Just you know, I removed Public Mobile SIM card from my phone and restarted it multiple time, but the issue did not resolve.

Please let me know.

That is strange, once you port out of PM. Your account is closed and that include all features.

Contact customer service, under Get Help, file a ticket.

I do not have Pixel Take a Message. 
Actually, when I press and hold 1, it connects to the mailbox I had with Public Mobile, which then gives me an option to access a second voicemail box. When I select that option, it transfers me to my Koodo voicemail and asks for my number

Did you turn off iPhone Live Voicemail or Pixel Take a Message?  That could be where the "second" mailbox is
