Hi, I recently switched from Rogers to Public Mobile and cannot access my voicemail. I contacted Rogers, and they said Public Mobile would have to port the number over. How do I do this?

Once porting is initiated, try entering one of these local voicemail access numbers local to you (or any really), as a voicemail contact in your phone:

Has number porting been completed? Are you saying that you thnk that you have a new voice message but when you check, there's nothing there? The incoming calls go to the old service until porting has finalized, and you would need to check for the voice messages using your Rogers service and SIM card.

@B-Mason , make sure that your Rogers account remains active. Login to the self serve account and initiate a number transfer. Make sure to have the Rogers SIM in a phone to accept the transfer. It should take an hour or so for it to complete. See this help article.
