How long ago it was working?

Try accessing voicemail by dialing your own number from your phone or from any other phone.

Try holding down the "1" button on your device's keypad to access your voicemail box.

 

Once you've entered it, ensure it's setup and operating.

Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.

 

You can also try deleting the voicemail number from your contacts, then adding it back in.
