I have tried contacting customer service agents regarding this but so far none of the options they offered have worked.
The VM notification on my phone won't go. This started happening after switching to PM last month. I didn't have this problem on this phone with my old cellular provider. I use a Samsung Android phone. When I place this SIM card in any other phone ( 3 devices tested) , The VM notification icon pops up in each of those devices- iphone and android which makes it clear that this is not an handset issue but rather a SIM card or PM carrier issue.
Anyone has any solutions ?

@Shaila that's super frustrating. I would ask CS if they can reset or reprovision voicemail on your account.

Oh God ! Finally someone who gets it. I did the resetting thingy already. It didn't help. There are 0 messages in mine as well. Hopefully, it will go away in mine too!

@Shaila I've had this issue once in the past.
There are times when there are no messages and it still shows as if messages are there. For me it went away on its own after a few weeks. It was so annoying!! I would leave myself messages and clear it, turn airplane mode on and off. Nothing worked!! Then one day, it just disappeared on its own🙄.
I've never done this but you could also reset your phone settings to see if that will clear it.

Which Samsung model and what OS? The new UI 7-Android 15, you just click and hold the icon to bring up the menu and can swipe those notifications away

Do you mean you installed the old network sim in the 3 cellphones and everything works as expected ? If so,...I thought you meant you put PM sim in 3 different cellphones. Please excuse my confusion.

it actually sounds like the issue is with your cellphone. If you try the sim in a coupla different cellphones and it works as expected, but not in your cell...that would indicate to me that the cellphone is the problem...not the sim. Have you looked through settings and compare that they match the settings in the cell that works as expected ?
