Voicemail not working

I setup voicemail and created my PIN to access my voicemail. However, when someone tries to dial my number, they cannot reach my voicemail and instead only hear ringing. For example, if someone calls me, and I press reject on my phone, the caller continues to hear ringing on their end. 

I tried to submit a ticket online but your website leads me to a 404 error, so I can't submit a ticket.
