Voicemail icon driving me nuts

For the past several weeks I can't get rid of the voicemail notification (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra) even though I do not have any messages!

The only thing I can do is silence it for a maximum of 2 hours.  Settings in my phone are greyed out.

I'm at the point my OCD is driving me nuts looking at it and I'm ready to switch providers just to avoid not having to look at that icon!

Is there no option to turn the notifications for voicemail off

Just a pop up that stays in the upper left of my screen.

hi @ken28 what kind of VM notification  giving you trouble ? was it some ring? or just pop-up notification? or the badge number showing how many VM waiting?
