Voicemail HB1 error

When people call my number and I don't answer, instead of my voicemail message, they get a error message" HB1, the number cannot be completed as dialed". Now they think my number doesn't exist, but the problem is with the routing number to voicemail. So I think?

when people call you, does your phone ring at all?  I am not sure if you are getting incoming calls at all.  Can you confirm first?

if you can receive incoming calls, and just the voicemail is the problem, you can ask PM agent to check and reset the voicemail for you.  You can  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
