I had the $26 subscription, but my card was lock and unfortunately when I went to renew it, it had gone up to $56. Is there any way to get the old subscription back?

Was the $26 subscription a promotion of 50% off or that was your regular price?
If regular price, many have indicated that once a payment is received covering the full amount, the promotion would be automatically restored. Should it not automatically restore, then you'd create a ticket and ask agent to add it back for you.
If that was a regular subscription, then whatever the price you see now, that will be your price. You can only get plans available to you in your account.

When the system failed to renew by autopay, you need PM agent to manually put the discount back to the account. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
