Hello I can,t access my voicemail as it says my box is full and it won,t let me delete my messages and the message cuts me off before i can delete them

hi @pmcagencies you need to ask PM support agent to reset it for you

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

Try accessing your voicemails though a land line and see if you encounter the same issues.

If you still need support, click on the chatbot right bottom corner. Don't expect help anytime soon though as people have waited a week to support.
