It's been close to a week that I havent been able to text or receive text. I originally posted from Fido. I sent several tickets without answers. Yesterday, I bought a new esim thinking that when I posted over it was t done properly but I can't even access to that esim. In the app when choosing change esim it tries to send me a text to authenticate me. Issue is I can't receive texts. What are my options now?
