Yes I agree but good to check. My old Samsung S8+ was not compatible and I had issues with calls breaking up when I call someone and incoming calls goes to VM.
Replaced it with the Samsung S24FE and no issues.

Well, how that check is going to confirm his ability to call?
My phone is not VoLTE compatible with PM service but I still can call and see LTE. And LTE is showing Only when I activate data.

what phone do you have?
Try Reboot your phone and Reset Network Settings
and if you have another phone and you have a physical sim, test the sim card on another phone
