Maybe a stupid question but  on my iPhone 12 and my daughters iPhone 14 we can’t find any setting   VoLTE - setting ONLY show 5G and LTE

My be its because my phone is a android not iphone.

Hello @Anerkons 

I have the iPhone 14 Plus myself. Because the iPhone 14 and 12 are on the "white list" or approved list of Public Mobile, the VoLTE is automatically set. With my 14 Plus, I see 5G even though my plan is a 4G plan. I also get a big faster than the average 100Mbps speeds as well.  One thing you will notice is a very simple and common test. Look at your phone, you will see it is either 4G or LTE or 5G (not the iPhone 12 but the 14) and if you make a call, it will say 4G or LTE as the iPhone and PM network "shook hands" so this is done automatically. Hope this makes sense. I skipped lunch. Ha.

According to google — there is no such option anymore. Cut and pasting. /—Apple removed the manual VoLTE toggle in modern iOS versions (iOS 17 and later) because 3G networks have been widely shut down. Since modern networks require LTE or 5G for voice calls, the iPhone 12 automatically manages VoLTE behind the scenes. [1, 2, 3]

It is compatible, it got turned on by the system but the toggle is still hidden by the network

If the device checker says incompatible, then message Customer Support for clarification.

Previously.... iPhione 8 or newer would be VoLTE compatible with PM.

So our iPhones 12 and 14 are not compatible?

@Anerkons the VoLTE settings is hidden by carrier.  It will be turned in by the carrier if the device is compatible with PM's VoLTE system
