Public Mobile keep denying my visa. I have no idea why and I've used it since then to make other payments and there have been no issues.

Incognito trick works for me for the same issue as well as when the community page gets blocked.

Hi @Simard2000 do not try too many times. Trying multiple times in a day could cause Fraud lock. Open a ticket with PM CS Agent and confirm if the account has a lock of any kind or have them to try to process the payment for you manually. Open ticket directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Clear your browser cache and history. Open a new window in incognito. Try chrome first and then edge.
