Very slow in speed

Slow speed after join PM. Speed test shows only around 20mbps download and 1.5 mbps upload which is unacceptable for LTE. I am using iPhone XS Max

what exact model of phone is that?

Try to click "Reset All Networks" on your phone and you just see improvement

And make sure you test your speed in different area. 

If possible, test your PM sim card in another phone just in case it is a device issue

Covered 4G in my area. Btw, no issues while used Koodo previously

Using SIM not eSIM. Setting shows LTE

are you using eSIM or SIM card, can you go to settings—>cellular—>check voice and data, what does it show?

5G, but my phone only compatible with 4G. Problem is what I mentioned. Less than 20Mbps I got even shows LTE on my phone

Which plan are you on? 3G speeds are up to 20 Mbps, 4G speeds are up to 100 Mbps and 5G speeds are up to 250 Mbps. You can check if your in covered areas.
