Hi
For the last few months the network in Toronto's East York area's Queen St East and Jones and Queen East and Rushbrooke is very very weak. During busy evening time there are no data when needed the most. The network bars come down to 1/2 and no Data is downloaded. Repeated requests have been made to solve this but Public mobile is quiet about it. Tried to open a ticket but showing 404 error. How a Cell phone company runs like this with this type of lower class service? Requesting the technical team to please examine the issue. Losing my business for this service problem.
