I cannot login to my Public Mobile account. The verification code that's supposed to be sent to my number never goes through.
I need support please.

Yeah, I have email setup as well. It asked for a code sent to email AND text.
The text part is what got me stuck. I pm'd an agent for support.

Do you have access to your email associated with your account? Sometimes you can get 2FA email code instead of text. Do you see "didn't receive text" link? Click on that link and you should be offered 2FA email.

@T3MPII try logging in from app and web version as well. Try incognito mode and clear cache as well. Lastly, you can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right and have a CS agent look into it for you.
