Did you activate in store or online?
If on store, did you register your selfserve?
You would need the same email that you have to clerk in the store.
If you have printouts can you check if they spelled it correctly?
You can try searching your inbox for welcome message and receipt.
If you can locate your login email you can reset your password

Your email address is your user ID.
If you remember the answer to your security question you supplied during activation, you can use the Forgot your password link on the login page.

Go to top of this page and click Get Help / Chat with Simon...to start process of moderator assistance.
Added..In the meantime, click the "Forgot your password" in log in area. Watch your email.
