Used up data, purchased 1gb add-on but still nothing...what gives?

Login to your account. If you see Available Funds equal to the add-on price just "buy" it again from those funds. Add-ons require two steps: first buy to add funds, second buy again to activate. Reboot your phone after this.

If that fails, or you have no Available Funds, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.

Its a 2-step process when you don't already have money in your account before purchasing add-ons.

Your money must be sitting in your account as "Available funds" now.  Go ahead and check in selfserve.  If this is the case, go to the add-ons page and purchase the data add-on you like... this time it will go through.
