If your credit card has been charged then you did purchase phone from PM.

Check all folders in your email mailbox for confirmation. If you did not get any ask agent why not.

You may wish to check your spam or junk folders of your email account/address that you ordered the device from.

you can try to open ticket for status update

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "CPO Phone", then click on one of the choices, then click "Cancel my Order", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
