Is it possible to send a request for a usgae history dating more than 90 days ago ? It is an emergency situation

you cannot get over 90 days. 90 days is all they provided.
unless you can provide a solid reason, like legal or so, they won't be able to help to pull the usage beyond 90 days, sorry
you check the usage on your phone? Maybe it helps

I meant talk history for older than 90 days.

My experiences have been that usage history after the 90 day point is unreliable and incomplete with only some entries showing.

Yes it would. You sign onto your account and click drop down arrow and click Payments. Then click Payment History. Then click the date range to see whenever you want to see. (More then 1 year and you need a CS agent to see it)
