I topped up my phone and still can't make calls!!! What do I do?!?!?

@As7  Ok so yes sometimes it just loads on the account . So do you see a pay now and resume button ?? If you do tap it and make the manual payment and reboot the phone

It's says I have 43 available funds is that what it should say or how do I put that to use!! Usually it does it by its self

@As7  So maybe double check that the funds aren’t just sitting unavailable funds

If they are you just need to make manual payment and resume services

i don't think top up is the issue, you see the fund loaded and used to renew

so, your phone showing not connected to PM network at all?

I topped it up the same way I always do with a payment voucher and calling 611!!

@As7  How did you top up your account ?? Is the money just sitting in available funds ?? If so hit the lay now and resume service button . If still no luck please submit ticket with support

what about texting in and out and mobile data?

Do either of those work?

When you dial 611 from your device, what messaging do you hear? Doing so will tell you details about the account status.

 ADDING:  Also, I presume you are in Canada when looking to use the service? Additionally, log into your self-serve account and check to see what the account status displays and whether the payment is showing under your payment history or perhaps sitting in your available funds.

that outage site is not accurate anyway.  Better to test the phone in another place yourself or test the sim card in another phone

how long you missed the payment ? (ie, when you last have service?)

and yes, please submit ticket first using messaging as suggested above

I checked and in my account it's shows that my payment was processed more reason as to why I don't see why I can't make or receive any calls

please reboot the phone and test

if still not making calls,  use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm if the payment really made and account active.  Also, test the phone in different places or test the sim card with another phone
