It's says I have 43 available funds is that what it should say or how do I put that to use!! Usually it does it by its self

I topped it up the same way I always do with a payment voucher and calling 611!!

Anything else I can do???? I need to have access to make calls this is crazy

It's says no problems detected in my area.... 

I checked and in my account it's shows that my payment was processed more reason as to why I don't see why I can't make or receive any calls
