Hello Community,
I have a 25$/ month unlimited plan, recently I received a text message saying that I have 10 minutes left of usage on phone calls. I am confused in the fact that I paid for unlimited talk text and 500mb. Why am I receiving this message?

@mingchu88, please login to your self serve account and check exactly what plan you have. There may have been a glitch during plan selection or you might have received the text in error. What is showing as the plan you have in the self serve should be accurate.

@mingchu88 hi check your self serve under plans and add ons to make sure that is your plan if it is than ignore message people are getting texts in error alot or at least alot more than they should be
