ported over to telus, need refund for the month left on the account
How do I intiiate the refund process?

@slash407, your response is incorrect. The customer is GOING to Telus and leaving prepaid Public Mobile.
Although Telus does own Public Mobile, prepaid service is not refunded. All prepaid in Canada is done this way.
Your statement would be correct, if the customer was COMING FROM Telus (postpaid) to Public Mobile.

And further, no other prepaid service refunds you anything upon quiting them.
For future quiters 🙂 ... if you like your money then wait until near the end of your term to port out. Or if the service you're moving to has a bonus offer for coming over then accept that as your "refund".
Be sure to turn off autopay and remove your cc on your way out.

This is prepaid service here at Public Mobile - there are no refunds. Sorry, you didn't understand this before, but they don't hide this information. It's clearly stated in the Terms of Service.
