Usage Data shows 0 data left after 10 days!?!

Hi Community,

I'm wondering if someone is able to have a look at my account and check where all my data go?  I checked the usage history and it shows maybe used a 1GB, but my account dashboard shows I have 0 GBs left after 10 days.

So you have used it up? What plan do you have the $25 or the $35. You are saying maybe used 1GB but no data available so is it the 35 plan and you think you should still have 2GBs left?

Remember to manually reset the data counter on your phone each time your plan renews (when you get notification about plan successfully renewing).

 

30-day billing cycles are not "monthly" billing cycles, most automatic device-side usage-tracking software will get the numbers wrong (and keep getting worse) after some billing cycles. The usage numbers in Self-Serve are always accurate - as measured on the network-side - more importantly, they're what you're actually paying for.

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

to Login Page

 

or call *611 to data usage.

Found a solution.  Used incognito mode in browser and updated data usage.
