Us Roaming not working

I have full bars T-Mobile, no data works at all. I payed for 3 gigs. I reset my phone, I messed with settings, I searched all online. What is going on.

@maplemahem - did you purchase the correct addon, the USA Roaming Data addon, not just regular data addons?

If so, great, then what do you mean be reset? Have you tried the reset of your network settings? Or is that what you meant?

Also, where are you in the USA, it does matter for services.

edit, also, is this your first Roaming addon or your 2nd (back to back) cause that could be an issue, if your first one didn't fully expire yet (+24 hours, fyi a silly part here though).

Which city and state are you at?

Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile coverage and whether you can connect to T-Mobile network or not 

For your data  issue , make sure your Roaming Mobile data is enabled and your have disabled your mobile data limter

And if it does not work, Check your Preferred network type, make sure Automatic is picked, or pick one with LTE or 5G there

Go into the network settings on your phone to ensure you've turned Data Roaming on.
