Subscription Change Not Approved

Hi,

My subscription was changed in March from a $15 plan to a $40 plan but this was never authorized. How do I get a refund for the months of April, May and June?

@HPZombie   so, you have been on a $40 plans for 3 months and you finally found out?

PM has been sending out text to promote its $40 plan at around Feb or so.  You could have replied YES by mistake and hence the plan was changed

Honest, it has been 3 months and you had used the service, you might even use more data than $15 plan provides for you (250MB), it is hard to ask PM to refund.  

But first, please login My Account to change it back to the $15 plan.  Click  Change Subscription on the top right of the Overview page and change to the correct $15 plan using Change on Renewal.  Do not use Change Now as PM will start a new cycle now and will charge you again.
(pick the correct plan, the screenshot below was showing a different plan to change)

Of course, you can open ticket with support by messaging them, but again, I doubt they can do much

To message them:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
