Urgent ! Transfer issue

I need help here but there is real customer service person I can talk to .  I activated my public on Jan 9  and I thought I already transferred my phone from PC to here , and I did answer the SMS from my PC mobile and confirm to transfer.  I could make a call and send text message. but yesterday I just found out that it was not successful, the text message i received was not SMS. I can't receive SMS message at all.  I called PC mobile and they said Public mobile need to modify the port request to them. but now i am helpless. I can't even submit a ticket as i keep receiving 404 error , and the online chat is annoying which keep asking me the same question and there is no real person to communicate , i feel so regret transferring to here.   now my pc account is still active.

@Monmantong  I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you . And to submit ticket you can use this direct link

yes, you likely not receiving incoming voice calls as well

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
