I referred my daughter to Public Mobile, but she cannot add the referral code. She was a public mobile member before the she switched to Virgin but I was able to convince her to return to Public.
My question now is how can she add my referral code?

Your daughter will need to contact Public Mobile using the chatbot at

If the chatbot gives an error message while trying to open a ticket, your daughter will need to send a private message to CS_Agent.
