@Atigelman as long as your phone is still working, don't panic. Your phone should continue to work once you return to Canada, also. A moderator should be able to help you soon. Unfortunately this is a known issue that is being actively worked on. I'm hopefully it won't affect us for much longer.

Definitely seems to be a recurring issue right now. PMing the mods was the right thing to do.

I had the exact same problem a couple weeks ago, and have yet to get a response after PMing the mods. I think they are maxed out. Mine expires Dec 25th so I'm hoping someone will contact me before then!
I also tried adding $20 for a second US trip last week, and my balance wasn't updated and I was without service while on my trip, so don't add more funds.
