Urgent- In USA on Roaming and account is suspended-Need Help

I am traveling in USA and added US roaming add on. The next days it shows that my account is suspended and my plan has expired. Add on was added on Dec 12 and it says service has expired on Dec12.

I have Private Message the Mod's yesterday and have also opened a ticket #1957-4344. I would greatly appreciate if a MOD can look into this.

@Atigelman as long as your phone is still working, don't panic.  Your phone should continue to work once you return to Canada, also.  A moderator should be able to help you soon.  Unfortunately this is a known issue that is being actively worked on.  I'm hopefully it won't affect us for much longer.

Definitely seems to be a recurring issue right now.  PMing the mods was the right thing to do.

I had the exact same problem a couple weeks ago, and have yet to get a response after PMing the mods. I think they are maxed out. Mine expires Dec 25th so I'm hoping someone will contact me before then!

 

I also tried adding $20 for a second US trip last week, and my balance wasn't updated and I was without service while on my trip, so don't add more funds.
