Upgrading plan without losing promo data

Hello,

Below is my plan with PublicMobile:

Data & Add-Ons	Amount Used
$0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 1GB Add-on	0  /  1024 MB
$0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 400min INTL Long Distance (incl CA & US)	0  /  400 MIN
100 Minutes Canada-Wide Talk	0  /  100 MIN
1GB Promo	0  /  1024 MB
250 MB at 3G speed	0  /  250 MB

I want to upgrade my plan to the next level up with unlimited talk (25$). I also have auto-pay enabled.

Can I do so without losing my promos (in red) above? i.e. if I upgrade, will I have 500MB + 500 MB (auto-pay) + 1024MB (promo) + 1024MB (ONE TIME giveaway)???

Please confirm so I can do the upgrade.

Hello, you should be able to upgrade with no issues. The rewards should transfer over with no issues after your next payment.

Those were gifts from Public mobile even though they say Promo.  There is no need to worry about losing those they are not tied to a plan.  They are a gift to the account!!

@GSoleiman Yes you can. Your addons are attached to your account, not your plan.

You should still be able to keep those promos.  They should remain in your account until they are used up.
