Upgraded from 3G plan to 4G plan - Very Slow Internet Speed

Hello,

I'm on the new 40$/15GB plan today, but still getting slow speeds 1 - 1.5 Mbps.  I tried restarting my phone, resetting network settings, and tried the SIM card on another phone.

Unfortunately, my speed is still slow.  Can someone help or provide support?

@aranan580 hi it takes up to 48 hours to see a speed increase you will see a big improvement after that
