Although I upgraded my plan of 5G two months ago because I was not getting any cell data service, I'm still not able to get Internet service although it appears from the screenshot below that I should be. I have been paying for cell data for the last six months without having any service.

But voice calls work? What phone you have?
And you have been with PM for sometimes and then upgrade to 5G plans 2 month ago?
Did you try Reset Network Settings? Amd did you try change the network mode to 4G or LTE to test?
And if you have not ask PM to check yet, please do so. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
