Upgrade to new phone

Im currently a customer with public mobile, been for almost 2 years. I contacted customer service but havent heard anything back yet. Has anybody upgraded to a new phone with public mobile and kept their phone number? my iphone 8 is on the brink..

Only a matter of switching over your SIM card. I have done it a couple times. Make sure you wipe your existing phone prior to trading or selling.

@jnichols Yes, you will keep your phone number. Just use the iPhone tool to change all the information over to your new phone.

if you have a SIM card you just take it out and pop it in the new phone. If  you have eSIM, then you have to download the Public Mobile app on your new phone and purchase a new eSIM. Because you have one already , it will be free.

When you upgrade your phone you keep your same number. Just take out the SIM card out of your old iPhone and put it into your new phone.
