Recently upgraded to a plan with 4g service but my speeds haven’t changed still getting 1 down and .3 up any help please

@dhutt give it till tomorrow, use speedtest app to test it once
If the speed is still on 3G speed, open a ticket with PM Support

Just curious - Why do you need that extra speed compared to 3G?

"A: If you activated on a plan that includes data, it could take up to 48 hours until you experience full 3G or 4G speeds. Similarly, if you change your data speed from 3G to 4G LTE or vice versa, the same delay may occur."
Try 1 or more of the below:
- restart your phone
- toggle into and out of airplane mode
- perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings

Check in 24 to 48 72 hours from the time you changed. It usually takes 48 hrs...72hrs

@dhutt how long you made the plan change? it takes 72 hours for PM to upgrade the speed.
