Hello, I just received a text message about an hour ago suggesting that I should upgrade to a 4G plan. I signed up with a 4G plan, so why am I getting a text message saying go to self-serve and change my plan to get 4G. I’m already 4G lol

I guess it is sent to every PM's customer. You would think it is easy to keep track of who has which plan. Creating simple SQL query is rocket science and brain surgery task so not many people around are qualified to do that.
