If you have a physical SIM card in your old phone, move it to your new phone.

if you are using an eSIM in your old phone, install the Public Mobile app on your new phone. Then sign into your account on the app and “purchase” an eSIM. It should end up being free.

You just move SIM from one phone to another.

If you have eSIM I believe you can ask for a free eSIM and then transfer number and install new eSIM on a new phone.
