Why was my account blocked when I paid for the service till January 31? This is so wrong.. i have been without access the whole day. I have been with Public for so many years and today I am so frustrated.

@Iida Make sure the postal code matches that of the postal code of the credit card . You might need to wait 24 hours before tying again and try incognito /private mode or from the APP instead . If still no luck please submit ticket with support to help . Also note if in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611
