Trying to update my payment info but keep getting a message “Try Again Later”.
When will this be fixed, I need my phone. My services have been put on hold.

updating payment card is tricky sometimes
wait an hour first or as long as 24 hours and try
1. using Incogntio/private/secret mode on your browser to update the card
2. using the Public Mobile app, but grant Location Permission to the app first
if both fails or you need to resume service, get a voucher from Shopper Drug mart and load the voucher using *611

@Debra_W You may need to wait one full hour and try again , in some cases one needs to wait full 24 hours and try again and when you do try do again try incognito/ private mode or from another device could just be cache issue . Also you can try the app instead too make sure location services are on when you do . Also note if in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load it *611 to resume services right away . Untill you can get the credit card info updated
