Hi,
I recently changed my plan from the $40 15GB LTE 30 day plan to the $34 20GB LTE 90 day plan.
I noticed my loyalty pay, refer a friend and pre-authorized payments did not apply on the plan change. I paid the full $102 for the 90 days without any rewards being applied.
Has my rewards system been affected by the plan update?

did you use Change Now option for plan change? If you used Change Now, it is normal you hvae to pay the full amount
But if you used Change on Renewal option, you should have got one month of rewards (one month instead of 3 months because rewards are earned at the end of a plan cycle. PM will credit rewards to your account on the last day of the plan cycle. )
you might want to tell us when was the last renewal date for thtat 30 days plan and when did you change over to the 90 days plan. Go to Transaction history page ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history) to confirm, or post us screenshot

When you changed the plan did you select "Change on next renewal date"? Because if you didn't, rewards would not be applied because you changed it before your current 30 day plan was over.

You're legacy rewards will NOT change. As long as you don't change over to the new point system, it will show up.
