@Bootsrock89 heres an article on switching plans. It's better to do it on your next cycle renewal date https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/change-your-plan.

There are a few ways you can update your plan;

 

Go into your self serve account and click change plan:

Or you can go to add ons and add different settings on that would update your plan. These add ons are more expensive though then upgrading your plan.

Go into your self serve account and select "Change plan".

 

Pick the plan you want.

 

important: 

 

Two options to change plan.

 

1-, Change now (it will say top up now if you don't have a balance. If you select this option. You're charged right away and new plan will start and no refund on old plan for unused days.

 

2-. Change at next renewal. This is likely the one you want to select. You're new plan will start and be charged at your next renewal date

You can update your plan and buy add ons in self service.
