I've updated my Visa card to my account and I thought it was also tied into my wife's account but she's lost her phone service for non-payment. I don't know where to find her account. I think we shared my email but it will only open my account.

Also note that each account at PM is 1 phone line and 1 email. Assuming your wife has her own email address(es), you could try those. Assuming you don't remember the password on PM (you could try your password first, in case you used the same for both), there's a "forgot my password" type link too. Not sure how far you can get without being able to receive a text on her line, but might be worth a try while you wait for the agents.

Hi @RobV1 pls remove the number for your safety, you are posting in a public forum.
You need the login for your wife account. Please open ticket with CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
