That is odd. Maybe it's time to reach out to a CS Agent for assistance.

If you are experiencing issues updating your credit card (CC) information for a subscription service or website, here are some steps you can take to resolve the problem:
1. **Double-Check Information:** First, make sure that all the credit card information you entered is accurate. Ensure that there are no typos in the card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.
2. **Card Validity:** Ensure that the credit card you are trying to use is active and has not expired. Expired cards will not be accepted.
3. **Billing Address:** Verify that the billing address you entered matches the one associated with the credit card. It's essential to use the exact address on file with your bank or card issuer.
4. **Contact Customer Support:** If you have confirmed that all the information is correct, but you are still encountering issues, reach out to the customer support team of the subscription service or website. They can provide assistance and may be able to identify the specific issue.
5. **Alternative Payment Methods:** Some services offer multiple payment options, such as PayPal or other online payment platforms. You could consider using an alternative payment method if the credit card continues to cause issues.
6. **Check Card Status:** Contact your bank or credit card issuer to ensure there are no restrictions or issues with your card. Sometimes, they may block transactions for security reasons, and they can help resolve such issues.
7. **Browser or Device Issue:** Try using a different web browser or device to update your credit card information. Sometimes, browser extensions or device settings can interfere with online transactions.
8. **Clear Browser Cache:** Clear your browser's cache and cookies, as these files may sometimes cause problems with online forms. Then, attempt to update your credit card information again.
9. **Try Later:** If the problem persists, consider trying again later. Sometimes, temporary technical issues on the service provider's side can prevent updates.
10. **Update App:** If you are using a mobile app to manage your subscription, ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed. Outdated apps may have bugs that can cause issues with payment updates.
11. **Payment Processor:** Some services use third-party payment processors. If the issue seems to be with the payment processor, you might need to contact their customer support for assistance.
12. **Account Lock or Suspension:** Ensure that your subscription account is not locked, suspended, or in violation of any terms of service. Violations can sometimes result in restricted access to account settings.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, your best course of action is to contact the customer support team of the specific service you're trying to update your credit card information with. They should be able to provide guidance tailored to their platform and assist you in resolving the issue.

Hi @Mina_Alam
The website has cache issues. You may wish to clear your cache and restart browser and try again. Better yet, try downloading the app on the phone and change it that way. It's super easy.
How to change credit card on phone app
Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.
Sign into your app.
When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.
Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments
The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.
The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.
There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.
