You can update your payment by vouchers and dial 611 to enter the voucher number. Vouchers can be purchased at these locations:
If you disabled Subscribed (AutoPay), login to your account and enable Subscribed to continue with your monthly payment.

Are you able to login to your account? You can change your credit card in the payment area.
