I am not my mom but I pay for my moms bill. How do I add my name to the updated card info. Otherwise it doesnt take the payment from my credit card. There is no blanks to put my name in the credit card info.

hi @Genow try updating the card first with the info they ask
if that does not work, then you can choose to just update the name and address in the Profike to yours. PM is prepaid carrier and does not really care those personal info
or if you like, buy voucher from Shoppers drug Mart and load it using *611 on your mom phone or via 1-855-4PUBLIC from other phone

The payment section only has the postal code, not the name.
Did your credit card work before? Are you updating information? ie. new expiry date.
There have been some issues:
May need to try again in 24 hours. Or maybe use a different card.

@Genow Public mobile does not verify name on account. Anybody can pay the bill. It's not because your name is not there why it's not taken it. It's just an error in the system.
Try to clear cache, use a different browser. Use a different device. Of you don't have it download the public mobile app and try using that. Or might have to use a different credit card.
There is a on going system issues updating cc info.
