Yes, you can keep your AB phone number after you moved to BC
In fact, you should keep it to take advantage of a small sale tax savings. PM charges the tax based on the province of the phone number. AB has a lower tax rate, you will save a small amount by keeping the number even factoring in the E911 fees

Thanks very much for the quick reply
I have another question. I have moved from Calgary to Victoria, can I keep my Alberta phone number? I am already in Victoia for 2 weeks and so far the number works. But can I still keep it after the plan renews in couple days? I have used this number for many years and I would hope to keep the same number it so I don't have to update my banks and give new number to my friends. Thanks

You can update the address using My Account or Public Mobile app
On My Account, go to Profile Page, click on the Penci besides Account Name, then you can update the name/address/alternate number there (or use direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/edit/account-info)
Or on PM app, go to Account > Manage Profile
When update the address, it is best to just type the beginning part of the address and let the auto complete to lookup for you (or click the Search/locate icon on the far left of te box). If you have an apartment number, type like this "101-21 street name" and let the auto complete to lookup for you
