I'm trying to update my payment method to re-activate my service but this website is just bringing me around and around in circles!! Can't access!!!

did you try using the PM app and My Account to login?
or ask PM to help to sort it out. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
